Commit® arrived on the technical writing scene in the late nineties, and this eventful journey began in Mumbai, the exciting metropolis, which epitomizes India at many levels – cultural, entrepreneurial and even personal.
Commit®, that began as a small company with just one employee other than the founder, has taken huge strides and now has more than 60 employees in multiple locations in India and abroad.
Commit®’s journey in Mumbai began with the Indian Navy, our very first turnkey project. Our working model engendered a new concept that caught on with most of our clients. It seemed the perfect solution for their documentation problems., They were assured of getting fully trained and competent writers who could execute their documentation projects with ease, without having to worry about recruiting and training new writers.
Commit®’s advent into documentation was largely through telecom solution providers. Hence our forte was initially in telecom and related products. This changed radically when we bagged a project with i-flex (now Oracle Financial Services Software) and started documenting their various financial solutions. Today however, our domain expertisequite literally knows no bounds. As our logo proclaims…You Create IT and We Document IT!
Some of our highly successful projects have been with acclaimed companies like Tata Power, Iflex, Roamware, NSE.IT, Kale Consultants, Blue Star Infotech, CMC, GE Energy, Kotak, Mastek, MphasiS, Nayamode, Raft, and Zycus; we have also prepared documentation for the Indian Navy.Our client list proves that Commit®’s execution of projects is many notches above the competition.
